What is an unknown component?
An unknown component is a component detected during a scan that we can’t automatically identify on your website.
This can happen if:
- a standard service (for example, analytics, ads, or chat) was modified or updated by the provider, or
- it’s custom code that you (or your team) added to the site.
What you can do:
In your dashboard, go to Components → Custom Embeds.
There, you can declare the component and choose the category where you want it to appear.
