Why are there unknown components after a scan?

Some components may not be identified. These could be standard services modified by the provider or custom code added to your site. If a component doesn’t fall under these categories, our team will review it.

• Familiar URLs: If the URL matches a known service but appears as unknown, this is likely due to recent provider changes. Usercentrics will resolve this automatically.
• Unfamiliar URLs: If the URL is not recognized, it may be custom code you added. You can categorize this component manually in the Wix Dashboard.
