Canceling Your Premium Subscription

We're sorry to hear that you'd like to cancel your Premium subscription.

To cancel, please follow these steps:

1. Go to your Dashboard

2. Navigate to Settings → Manage Plan

3. Find the app usercentrics-premium in the list

4. At the end of the row, click the three dots (⋯)

5. Select Cancel App

If you don’t see the cancel option under "Manage Plan," please contact Wix Support. They can help determine why the cancellation option isn’t available and guide you through the next steps.
